Welcome to

Partners in CHANGE

A Partner in CHANGE or Ally is someone who cares about the fair treatment of everyone. They are committed to helping end discrimination/mistreatment and to interrupting offensive or risky actions or comments. Through behaviors, interactions, or symbolic gestures, allies express this commitment and show their support. Being an ally is a process as the needs and issues of communities change over time.

There are many ways to serve as an ally at the University of Michigan and beyond. Partners in Change is here to help you find ways to get involved as an ally right here on campus. Explore this site to learn more about allyhood and the different organizations and departments that are Partners in CHANGE.
